There’s nothing like shooting a new location! When we pulled up to this vineyard we seriously thought it was like a little piece of Napa in WI! Thanks to Brian & Marissa for scouting such a great place to capture their engagement session. We really look forward to working with both of them again soon. 🙂
Oh my gosh, we are so excited to be working with Ann and Garrett – AGAIN! We met them a few years ago when they hired us to capture the North Shore Country Club. They actually met while working there. She works in the office coordinating events, while he manages the beautiful grounds (along with the club dog, Ziggy – black lab). It was great to meet the rest of the family on this shoot, including Garrett’s kids, Taylor and Caden, along with little Beeker – yorkie. Now engaged, we couldn’t be happier for Ann & Garrett AND excited to shoot their winter wedding in December!
Another shoot while visiting Southern California! It was awesome working with both Koya and her boyfriend, Monty. Both are just gorgeous and so sweet. Koya is a fitness model, life coach and health enthusiast. Her raw food diet and detox programs are available on her website HERE. Thanks again to both Koya and Monty. We had a total blast hanging out in L.A. last week. We got to shoot this fabulous couple around where we were staying in Venice. The shops of Abbot Kinney provided awesome backdrops for our couple AND you can never go wrong with the beach. Such a gorgeous couple and such amazing light. Seriously, the warmest, butteriest light ever! We must send special thanks to Marie over at Agency Galetea for hooking us up with them – Marie, you are so awesome 🙂 . Of course, many, many thanks go to Nicole & Dustin as well. We absolutely LOVED working with you guys – it was like working with old friends! AND thanks again for introducing us to Blue Plate restaurant. Such a treat! You guys rock 😉 .

Another one of our favorite places to shoot – the Third Ward. With such an abundance of different textures and landscapes, it always provides us with a great mix of images from a session. Thanks to another great couple who are just naturals in front of the camera. We are really looking forward to working with them again on their wedding day – thanks guys!
The domes… ahhh, what better place to shoot an engagement session when the WI weather doesn’t cooperate. We always enjoy working inside the beautiful domes. It’s like being on an hour vacation! Escaping the harsh winds of our city has never felt better. Thanks to Nikole + Dan for picking such a great location. We can’t wait for their big day this summer:)
We love shooting at the Domes!!! It’s the perfect spot for when the weather doesn’t cooperate. So we were excited when Minnie & Chris were open to the idea when it was raining on their engagement session date. It was great working with this lovely couple. We can’t wait for their big day next fall.
Marie & Efren couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for their engagement session. First? A stop at their favorite coffee shop, Alterra down by the lakefront. Then a quiet stroll down to the beachfront where they snuggled on a picnic table and Efren proposed to Marie. It was such a relaxing shoot lakeside last Sunday with these two. We enjoyed working with them so much that we know the wedding day will be a blast – can’t wait!
Again, its always such a big compliment to us when we are asked by other photographers to photograph them! We couldn’t be more honored to shoot our associate Chris’s upcoming wedding to Kaelyn in February. We enjoyed one of the final days of the summer-like weather on their engagement shoot. When we heard that fishing was something this couple enjoyed (especially Bart:) – we thought McKinley Marina would be the perfect backdrop. The lighting was awesome and we were able to capture this couple’s engagement session within just a few days of their big day on Saturday! We had such a blast working with them and getting to know them. We are super excited to work with them again this weekend. See you guys soon!
