Day 178 started with a 13.1 mile run in the scenic WI Dells. After completing the run and laying down on the asphalt enjoying the flood of endorphins streaming through my blood, I left a nice sweat angel imprint. Thank you to my wonderful wife for holding the camera and taking the shot while I sat back and directed.
This is so awesome, it has an Native American feel, very appropriate in the Dells.
