Last Saturday was the perfect day for a wedding.  The weather couldn’t have been better – overcast skies and warm – our favorite!  The clouds provide a giant lightbox over the sun – magic!  After working with Minnie & Chris on their engagement session, we knew that their day would be great.  They had selected such beautiful colors to represent a fall wedding.  From the deep red dresses, mum flowers, even Chris’s tophat at the reception it all made for a beautiful event.  Boerner Botanical Gardens provided a lovely backdrop for the portraits and the Pfister Hotel never disappoints.  Sarah’s favorite detail at the reception were the ‘Mr’ & ‘Mrs’ signs drapped along the backs of their chairs at their sweetheart table.  Steven loved the favors – pure maple syrup (and Godiva chocolates:).  We had the best french toast the next morning.  Thanks again Minnie & Chris for allowing us to capture your special day.
