Working in Door County is always a dream, but working with such a lovely couple is even better.  For years Megan’s family vacationed in the area so it was only appropriate to include such a special event to a long list of amazing memories. The ceremony took place at the historic United Methodist Church in Jacksonport. Megan’s DIY polishings to all things ‘wedding’ were the icing on the proverbial wedding cake in creating a custom event not long forgotten. From the invites, to the centerpieces, to even her own wedding cake – Megan made her vision come to life.  Her short flouncy dress showcased the fantastic stems.  Seriously, those are fabulous shoes! Since Megan is an avid baker, why not make her own wedding cake? It was hands down some of the BEST cake we have ever tasted.  Friends and family kicked the celebration off with lake view cocktails followed by a fantastic dinner.  A stunning sunset and s’mores welcomed the night. With all the love shared and memories made we couldn’t be happier to have been a part of Megan and Sam’s day.
