Last Saturday was the perfect day for a wedding.\u00a0 The weather couldn’t have been better – overcast skies and warm – our favorite!\u00a0 The clouds provide a giant lightbox over the sun – magic!\u00a0 After working with Minnie & Chris on their engagement session<\/a>, we knew that their day would be great.\u00a0 They had selected such beautiful colors to represent a fall wedding.\u00a0 From the deep red dresses, mum flowers, even Chris’s tophat at the reception it all made for a beautiful event.\u00a0 Boerner Botanical Gardens provided a lovely backdrop for the portraits and the Pfister Hotel never disappoints.\u00a0 Sarah’s favorite detail at the reception were the ‘Mr’ & ‘Mrs’ signs drapped along the backs of their chairs at their sweetheart table.\u00a0 Steven loved the favors – pure maple syrup (and Godiva chocolates:).\u00a0 We had the best french toast the next morning.\u00a0 Thanks again Minnie & Chris for allowing us to capture your special day.<\/p>\n
