Mitchell Park Domes | 10.20.11 | Milwaukee Engagement Photographer
We love shooting at the Domes!!! It’s the perfect spot for when the weather doesn’t cooperate. So we were excited when Minnie & Chris were open to the idea when it was raining on their engagement session date. It was great working with this lovely couple. We can’t wait for their big day next fall.

Marie + Efren
McKinley Marina | 10.16.11 | Milwaukee Engagement Photographers
Marie & Efren couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for their engagement session. First? A stop at their favorite coffee shop, Alterra down by the lakefront. Then a quiet stroll down to the beachfront where they snuggled on a picnic table and Efren proposed to Marie. It was such a relaxing shoot lakeside last Sunday with these two. We enjoyed working with them so much that we know the wedding day will be a blast – can’t wait!

Kaelyn + Chris
Meineke Park | 10.9.11 | Milwaukee Engagement Photographer
Again, its always such a big compliment to us when we are asked by other photographers to photograph them! We couldn’t be more honored to shoot our associate Chris’s upcoming wedding to Kaelyn in February. We enjoyed one of the final days of the summer-like weather on their engagement shoot. If this is a sign of what fun there is to come on their wedding day, we are really excited! Thanks again to Chris & Kaelyn for choosing us to capture such an important event. With Love, Steven + Sarah

McKinley Marina | Milwaukee Engagement Photographer
When we heard that fishing was something this couple enjoyed (especially Bart:) – we thought McKinley Marina would be the perfect backdrop. The lighting was awesome and we were able to capture this couple’s engagement session within just a few days of their big day on Saturday! We had such a blast working with them and getting to know them. We are super excited to work with them again this weekend. See you guys soon!

Breanne + Matt
New York City | New York Engagement Photographer
On an island of almost two million people, how do two people from the same state find each other, fall in love, and eventually decide to get married? Well, with a shared love of Wisconsin’s famed Packers. Breanne and Matt met watching the Pack play at a local watering hole in NYC owned by another Wisconsin native. They hit it off, began dating, and now all is history. We had an amazing day walking the city with the lovely couple, chatting it up, stopping along the way for some shots of the two in action, and ending the night with a fantastic meal. It was like working with old friends we hadn’t seen in some time. We are very excited to capture their upcoming nuptials in September.

Milwaukee Lakefront | Milwaukee Engagement Photographer
Working with this couple was so easy! They were very comfortable in front of the camera and allowed us to capture one of their favorite past times together, playing some b-ball. Can’t wait for their big day next year.

Another new location for us last week! We loved shooting along the bluffs at Lion’s Den Gorge in Grafton. It was an excellent find by the bride to be. After working with this couple we are even more excited for the big day next year!

Lake Park, Milwaukee | Engagement Session
Sunday, our associate team Jeff and Jan met Katie and Ryan for their engagement session at Milwaukee’s beautiful Lake Park. The images were simply amazing and showcased Katie and Ryan’s love for each other perfectly. We can’t wait to see their wedding pics next month.

Julie + Chris
Third Ward | Milwaukee Engagement Photographer
There’s something amazing and simply beautiful in some of the smallest, uncomplicated, and basic things we have to say about each other. Since Julie and Chris live where the stars shine big and bright (Texas if you weren’t sure) and we had not had the pleasure of meeting them at our studio, we began corresponding with Julie to set up all the details for their engagement session. It’s nice to know a little about the couple, what they enjoy together, how they met; details of the life they share and the life they intend to build together. After a few lines in the email giving us some background and the activities and interests they share Julie summed everything up so concisely and perfectly, “Not sure what else to tell you….Chris is my best friend and we do everything together.” There’s nothing else needed to be said. Well of course Julie did add, “except watch shoot-em up action movies.” Love is a crazy thing. Anyway, we met our couple, calming their nerves for their upcoming shoot at the Milwaukee Ale House over one of the finer brewed beverages Milwaukee has to offer. Our spring weather may not hold a candle to Texas, but we do brew a fine beer. Once we began walking the Third Ward and stopping at some of our favorite spots it was apparent that either the beer worked or we had two sleepers trying to pull one over on us. They were naturals and had no problem whatsoever in front of the camera. We are extremely excited to work with them again in September.
