Day 255: Fading into the night

Mr. Thomas where are you now?  We all must fade away sometime, whether gently or not.  Accept fate and fore go the “rage, rage against the dying of the light”

Day 254: Bound and Down

Tied up with the day to day banalities that fill in the empty space of what we call life.

Day 253: Saw it on Craigslist

We’ve been waiting the better part of a decade to complete the machine.  One last remaining piece to the puzzle is all it took.  Power, activated.  Greased cogs create tandem cooperation powering the transmission.  We are ready and able to take over the world.  Now for the the motivation to get off the sofa.

The Deguello

Sarah’s brother, Scott Zastrow, wrote a book based on his experiences as a special forces green beret medic. It’s called The Deguello – check it out!

One Year Old | Hartford Family Portrait Photographers

It’s been a while since we have seen this little guy and his big brother, Ethan.  Seems like just yesterday we were shooting Kim & Brian’s wedding!  It’s been a fun ride capturing their family as it has grown throughout the years.  We wish them all the best this new year!

Day 250: Where the party at

Hopefully my fascination with numerology and significant dates will peak come December 21, 2012.

Day 249: Tracking the tracks

Being a modern day Homo sapiens, devoid of any tracking skill what so ever, its always nice to see what has meandered through my yard with the help of a freshly fallen snow.  Yeah, I’ll find squirrel and rabbit droppings here and there and the occasional field mouse, but their comings and goings, where they like to shop, and where they send their kids to school is beyond me nine months out of the year.

Day 248: Everyday I'm Shovelin'

The season’s selected media makes its presence known.  Shaped by the hand of the artist, blowing to and fro across the barren ground, it transforms our homes and the land we love.
