Day 150: Go get 'em rocky
This is the look that’ll knock breast cancer on its a**. Sarah and I had the honor of running the Susan G. Komen race for the cure this past Sunday. I couldn’t be more proud of my wife for taking up this cause and getting me involved.

Day 149: And then came the rain
I was so close to the water spout that struck Lake Michigan on Saturday, just not at the right time.

Day 148: The Bee's knees
It’s starting to get chilly for all of us here at 730 W. Washington.

Day 147: Window Dressing
Not sure the purpose of this display, how it got there, or who did it for that matter, but it is very cool. I always smile, laugh, and shudder to think of their imminent extinction as I drive by it.

Day 146: Just give me a second
Summer slowly relinquished its hold over us. The shortening day foretells of an arctic chill making its journey south. Should be here in a few months according to its itinerary.

Katie + Elliot
St. Jude the Apostle | Lakefront Brewery | Milwaukee Wedding Photographer
We knew working with these two on their wedding day would be awesome because we really enjoyed shooting their engagement session. Loved the propeller cufflinks Elliot sported – being a pilot and all – they suited him perfectly. They even actually spun! Lakefront Brewery never disappoints. You have got to try their INDIA BLACK ALE – awesome! The wedding band was definitely one of the highlights – hope to see those guys again. Seriously, they were terrific. If you want to really show your guests a good time, hire these guys – they rock! Congrats to the happy couple – you guys really know how to put on a partaaaay! Thanks again:)

Day 145: What is an Algorithm?
Mona was hoping for a Chewie (the chihuahua) enchilada for dinner. These two have become fast friends despite the cultural, language, and size barriers.

Day 144: Burroughs is in Tangiers, I don't think he's coming back
Why do I think North Africa every time I look at this lantern? Am I going insane or am I in the Nile?

Day 143: The rain in Espana
As a child I was always mesmerized by rain droplets on the window of an automobile. I’d try to count them, get bored, then finally make a game of seeing how many droplets a falling one could collect as it made it raced down the window to sudden death on the slippery asphalt. As an adult I still find myself participating in the same game and often scold myself for indulging in such childish ventures till I realize perhaps its not so much a childish game that enthralls me as much as it is the nostalgia of an innocence just out of an adult’s reach.

Kaitlyn
Senior Session | Hartford Senior Photographer
Kaitlyn is an absolute doll and she was super easy to work with – a natural in front of the camera. We couldn’t believe how much she reminded us of Selena Gomez! Hope to work with her again in the future because Steven and I had such a blast. Good luck with your future endeavors in the fashion industry Kaitlyn. You are on your way to becoming a star on the scene:)
