Day 61: And a Hard Place - A study in texture, pt. 2

Run for the hills.  Abandon your cars.  Protect your children.  Who knew the park could be so ominous?

It’s there because some one did it at one point in time.

Day 58: After the Rust, Before the Harvest

It may be an old spray paint can of some sort.  Not too sure.  Whatever it is, its crawling with tetanus.

Mini-Session

What does a Mini Session Include?
Photography by Steven & Sarah
Online Proofs

When & Where?
July 2nd (July 3rd as rain date)
Photographed in our fabulous red chair
Set in our favorite field in Hartford
(as shown in image above)

How does a mini session differ from a full session?
A mini is an abbreviated session. A compact version, if you will. Where a full session is about 60 minutes in length, photographed at your location of choice, with a wide variety of poses, multiple lifestyle settings, and about 100 online proofs.  Mini sessions are conducted at a specific location chosen by us, are 15 minutes in length, focusing on perfecting a single pose/lifestyle setting, and includes about 20 online proofs.

Who would want a mini-session?
Anyone who needs an updated photo!  Whether it’s a new headshot for your facebook profile, a nice portrait of you and yours to make you fall in love all over again, or a shot of a beloved pet to remember them by…  who wouldn’t want a CURRENT photo of themselves, a family member, or even the entire family together.  Not to mention the kiddos… there isn’t a day that goes by that they don’t change before your eyes.  Capture at least a moment of that to hold on to.  Don’t forget the furry friends – pets are welcome!  These sessions also make the perfect gift.  It’s a great way for new clients to try Spottswood Photography.

How do I sign up?
Again, I only have a couple of spots left so call or email now!!!

Day 56: The Key to your heart

Rusted chains bind the door.  Behold I stand at the door and knock . . .  Break the lock and contend with years of hydrated ferric oxide keeping arthitic hinges from waking.  Wait til spring thaws the heart from winter’s icy grip of abandonment.

Day 55: Storm Clouds and Superstition

The solstice brought rain to our neck of the woods this year.  So much for worshiping the Sun on the longest day.  Sounds like they had a much better celebration at Stonehenge.

Boehm Twins

1 Year Session | Hartland Portrait Photographer

Even after the excitement of their first birthday party, Nolan and Landon were ready to go again for their official 1 year photo shoot.  As always both were hamming it up for the camera, flashing their smiles, and trying to out-cute the other.  It’s wonderful to witness firsthand the love this family has for each other.  Thanks again to the Boehms for allowing us to capture their beautiful family.
