Jenni + Larry

Gesu Church | Four Points Sheraton | Milwaukee Wedding Photographer

What a great way to end our busy 2010 wedding season. Jenni and Larry were so much fun to work and made our day that much easier. They were married in the beautiful Gezu cathedral and made the short hike to the Marquette campus for some stunning portraiture. We wish our best to the newlyweds.

Michelle + Tony

State Capitol | Madison Engagement Photographers

We always love heading out to our state’s capitol to work with our couples. Michelle and Tony were laid back, easy going, and up for a little hike down State Street; we almost forgot we were shooting an engagement session. Can’t wait to see what their wedding day brings next year.

Amy + Joe

Chandelier Ballroom | Hartford, WI | WI Wedding Photography

Saturday we shot a beautiful local wedding on another beautiful fall day. We had a great time working with Amy, Joe, their families, and all of the bridal party. It was also fun to see a few familiar faces at the reception. Amy and Joe, we wish you the best in your new journey and will see you around town.

This type of session is the perfect addition to your wedding package. See, you don’t have to really ‘trash’ the dress. Leona accessorized perfectly!

Patti + Ken

St. Peter & Paul Church | Joey Buona's | Milwaukee Wedding Photographer

After working with Patti and Ken on their engagement session , we knew their wedding day would not disappoint. They even managed to bring Skip, their dog, along for a few shots. Congrats to the lovely couple.

On a side note to all of our grooms out there (and the brides who follow our blog). Ken, rather than renting a tux and spending money on a poorly tailored garment he’d only wear for one night (we’ve seen horrible tuxes that barely fit the guys who wear them), bought a very nice three piece suit which, not only looked great for the wedding but will be an important part of his wardrobe for years to come. Guys, buy a nice black suit, its a staple for any man’s wardrobe and it fits much better than a tux rental that you and five other guys have worn. Check out places like Men’s Warehouse for great deals on suits – they also tailor their suits to you. Your Bride is going to look her best, why not do the same?
